You may remember the recent victory for a California woman who claimed Jonson & Johnson showed negligence for selling cancer-causing women’s hygiene powder without properly testing its side affects. On August 21, 2017 a California court ruled in favor of Eva Echeverria, who recently passed away due to ovarian cancer.
Echeverria’s attorney plans to appeal the court’s decision even though his client has passed away. There are several other beneficiary’s of this record breaking award that’s no longer valid.

Johnson & Johnson has yet to issue a statement on the overturning of the previous $417 Million awarded to victims.
