In an interview with US Weekly, Lionel Richie admits that he is “scared to death” over his daughter’s now public relationship with Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Scott Disick.
The magazine caught up with Richie at the American Idol auditions in New York, where he is a judge for the new series reboot, and he discussed his 19 year old daughter, Sophia’s relationship with Scott who is 34.
When asked if he was happy for the couple, Lionel said: ‘I’m scared to death, are you kidding me? Have I been in shock?! I’m the dad, come on.’
Let’s hope Disick does right by Sophia for her dad’s sake.
