Kyrie Irving got what he asked for after requesting to be traded from the Cleveland Cavaliers last month, and he’s joining the Boston Celtics.
While it hasn’t been confirmed why Irving suddenly requested to be traded, the Cavaliers feel they’ve got a great trade by acquiring Isaiah Thomas, who had his best season ever during the 2016-17 season.
If these two teams make it to the playoffs next year, the showdown is sure to be EPIC!
