With only three business days to file an appeal on the NFL’s decision to suspend him for 6 games due to domestic violence accusations, Ezekiel Elliott has officially filed an appeal with backing by the NFLPA National Football League Players Association

The Dallas Cowboys running back is fighting for a chance to hit the turf sooner than the 7th game of the 2017 season. Elliot’s team is questioning his accusers testimony and motives behind claims of abuse that occurred July 2016 in Columbus, Ohio.

No charges were filed against Elliott because the Columbus City Attorney’s Office determined it couldn’t build a case after finding conflicting and inconsistent information. Read more about details of Elliott’s appeal HERE.
