In an emergency court order filed by Madonna, the singer has halted the auction of a letter written by rapper Tupac that was expected to yield several hundred thousand.
Manhattan state Supreme Court Judge Gerald Leibovitz has ordered the website Gotta Have Rock and Roll to pull Madonna’s items from their auction which also includes the singer’s underwear, hair, and private photos.
The letter written by Shakur was supposed to sell for around $400K but Madonna was shocked to learn that an item she thought was still in her possession was being advertised as for sale.
