In last Thursday’s Game 1 of the 2017 NBA finals, the newly added Golden State Warriors’ Kevin Durant totaled 38 points in their 12 point win against the Cleveland Cavaliers 91-113.

In Sunday’s Game 2, Durant proved his decision to leave the Oklahoma Thunder was well intended in another upset for last year’s champions. He led scoring for the Warriors again with 33 points and secured 13 rebounds, the most of the game.

Based on the footage below, Durant is looking to beat out the Warriors’ “golden-child” Stephen Curry for MVP:
