The network, WGN America, has decided against renewing the critically acclaimed series ‘Underground’ after its two seasons on-air.
After its parent company Tribune Media was bough out at a price tag of $3.9 billion by Sinclair Broadcast Group, it’s been decided Underground is too costly to remain in the channel’s lineup.
