Are you one of the many people who pull over at gas stations to refuel your body in between meals? In an unfortunate incident, Sacramento resident Martin Galindo did just that and died from the food borne illness Botulism.

According to the Center for Disease Control, there are 145 reported cases of the human illness each year in the U.S with a 3-5% chance of death in patients. Chances of an outbreak are rare, but sadly the nacho cheese Mr. Galindo consumed contained Botulism.
