A Minnesota judge has officially ruled that Prince‘s sister Tyka Nelson, and five half-siblings are the heirs to his estate, since Prince died without a will. There were other people who claimed they were heirs but were rejected and have since filed appeals.
This really shows why it’s important to be very clear, have everything in writing and a will in place, so family members won’t have to fight about money and assets.
