A new luxury festival in the Bahamas put together by Ja Rule & his partners turned out to be a disaster!
The festival was called the Fyre festival & attendees paid up to $12k for a ticket expecting luxury living spaces & gourmet meals. But when they got there, they were welcomed by hurricane disaster tents and cheese sandwiches (no meat, no sides).
Reportedly, people were literally stranded with no real food or water and the organizers ended up canceling the entire festival. Ja Rule tweeted that it wasn’t a scam and that they would issue refunds to all attendees.
But this comes a little late, seeing that Billboard is reporting that there is now a $100 million lawsuit against Ja Rule and his partners.
