4 tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon of Kosher salt
1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
1 cup of flour
1 cup of vegetable oil
For the sauce
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of white wine
1 sprig of fresh thyme (dried works too, I just have fresh growing in my garden)
the juice of 1 lime
sliced lime for garnish
