Cream Cheese Crust
-4 ounces of cream cheese
-1 and 1/2 sticks of cold butter
-3 cups of all purpose flour
-a pinch of salt
-6 to 8 tablespoons of ice cold water
Peach Cobbler Filling
3 cans of peaches in their juice
2 cups of brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of 7-Up pop
1/4 cup of good bourbon (or a little bit more if you want to)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 tablespoons of cold water
