After spending only $5 million to make one of 2017’s biggest movies, Jordan Peele has indeed made his mark in Hollywood after grossing over $150 million with the movie ‘Get Out’. He’s now a force to be reckoned with and when the Hollywood Reporter caught up with him, he confirmed what many were already thinking. Yep you guessed it, we will not be seeing him doing comedy sketches like Key & Peele any longer.

Now that all eyes are on the most successful black director to ever debut in history, Peele says he wants to focus on writing, directing, and producing stories that Hollywood has been missing. He said, “I think the lesson is that when you give black voices a platform and the opportunity to tell our story, we will tell good stories just like anybody else.”
