Looks like we now know George Michael’s official cause of death…
According to new reports, he died of natural causes related to his heart and liver. You know George Michael was found dead in his bed on Christmas day and there was a lot of speculation as to what actually caused his death. Sources say he also suffered from fatty liver, which can be caused by excessive drinking but also excessive weight gain.
