NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (November 14, 2016) – Earth, Wind & Fire, one of America’s top-selling musical groups of all-time, will bring its signature sound to The Theater at MGM National Harbor Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017. The legendary R&B group will be among the inaugural entertainment lineup at MGM National Harbor, the $1.4 billion resort and casino opening Thursday, Dec. 8. The show is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

The Theater at MGM National Harbor will offer an experience unlike any other in the region, providing fans the opportunity to see the entertainment industry’s biggest stars in an intimate setting. The new venue features seven VIP suites and flexible seating designs, accommodating 3,000 guests for reserved-seating events and just over 4,000 for general admission shows.

Earth, Wind & Fire’s career achievements and its music influences have greatly impacted music history. In 2000, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and The National Academy of Recording Arts & Science (NARAS) bestowed its highest honor and presented the GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award to the band in 2016 – the ninth GRAMMY Award in its storied career.
