AGreenbelt, Maryland, Uber driver was arrested last week on charges of kidnapping and assaulting a female passenger who blacked out at a bar, reports Fox 5.

The driver, Westagne Pierre, 29, reportedly picked up the woman on October 18 outside the bar, but failed to drop her off at home. He was charged Thursday with kidnapping, assault and for fraudulently using the victim’s credit card, Fox 5 writes:

Detectives believe Pierre, of Greenbelt, picked up the victim at a bar in DC on the night of October 18, and first drove her to her home in Virginia. But instead of dropping her off there, he then drove her to the Budget Inn in College Park.

Once there, police say he checked into the hotel using his own information, lifted her out of the car and carried her to the hotel room. After some time, Pierre allegedly left the room and went to a nearby 7-Eleven, where he used the victim’s American Express card to make a $14.00 purchase.

The State’s Attorney’s Office is weighing additional charges against Pierre, the report says.
