Fredrick met Laronda 6 months ago and the two have been inseparable since. Frederick was just getting out of a relationship that produced a daughter. He told Laronda that his ex was immature. Frederick often spends time with his now 3 year old daughter and while Laronda and the child’s mother are not friends, they are cordial and respectable of each other. Recently, Laronda went to pick up Fred’s daughter for him and the child’s mother told her that Frederick has been texting her asking for another chance.
She pulled out the phone and showed her text messages as proof. Laronda confronted Frederick and he denied ever texting his child’s mother about reconnecting. Laronda doesn’t know who to believe and is concerned that Frederick might be playing her for a fool. Laronda wants to know how to approach the situation. Should she stand by Frederick who denies texting his child’s mother or should she leave the entire situation alone?
