Milwaukee Cop And Shooting Victim Attended Same High School

The Milwaukee officer involved in the fatal shooting of a Black man, which sparked days of protests, reportedly knew his victim. Dominique Heaggan, 24, identified by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as the Black officer involved in the shooting, reportedly attended high school at some point with the victim, Syville Smith, 23. “The officer knew him personally from high school and he still shot him,” Sherelle, Smith’s sister, said to CNN. “He didn’t like my brother.
