Prince’s six siblings and their individual lawyers are beefing over competing plans for a TV tribute special.
They apparently have put together a TV package, with famous artists and major music producers who will perform Prince songs for a 2 hour TV special expected to air in August. This of course would get the siblings a little piece of the pie pretty quickly, because apparently the bank handling Prince’s estate is moving too slow. But if they were able to do this tribute and have it air in a timely manner, this would give them access to some cash…which would hold them over until things are finalized. That plan includes all six of the siblings as co-producers….so the money would be shared equally.
Tyka and at least one other sibling, are reportedly not feeling that. She wants to produce her own TV special…in fact, she wants to produce her own special and control it.
The other siblings are enraged and are seriously feeling some kind of way about Tyka living rent free in a Prince owned house. The bank is still picking up the tab on expenses and they say they want a similar hook-up. Things are about to get ugly.
