Sinead O'Connor Performs In Amsterdam

Irish singer-songwriter Sinead O’Connor delivered an explosive allegation on her official Facebook page. O’Connor is accusing comedian/actor Arsenio Hall of supplying Prince with drugs and with spiking her drink while at the house of fellow comedian and friend Eddie Murphy. O’Connor wrote:

“Two words for the DEA investigating where prince got his drugs over the decades…. Arsenio Hall (AKA Prince’s and Eddie Murphy’s bitch) Anyone imagining prince was not a long time hard drug user is living in cloud cuckoo land. Arsenio I’ve reported you to the Carver County Sherrif’s office. Expect their call. They are aware you spiked me years ago at Eddie murphy’s house. You best get tidying your man cave.”

Hall responded through a rep saying Sinead’s claim is “absolutely false, ridiculous and absurd.”

This comes after the death of Prince and the questions surrounding his passing. O’Connor can thank Prince for writing her biggest hit, the 1990 single “Sinead O’Connor – Nothing Compares 2 U,” but thats where it ends.

In an interview with Norwegian station NRK in November 2014 O’Connor spoke on her “lack of a relationship” with Prince saying “I did meet him a couple of times. We didn’t get on at all. In fact, we had a punch-up.” She also stated “He summoned me to his house after ‘Nothing Compares 2 U.’ I made it without him. I’d never met him. He summoned me to his house—and it’s foolish to do this to an Irish woman—he said he didn’t like me saying bad words in interviews. So I told him to fuck off.”

O’Connor said: “He got quite violent. I had to escape out of his house at five in the morning. He packed a bigger punch than mine

O’Connor is also known for her eccentric behavior and in late 2015 she allegedly wrote a suicide note on her Facebook page.
