Here’s some great news for lovers of R&B music. Silk, the last quintuplet R&B group to do it BIG, and selling millions of records in the process, has returned to the spotlight. Just in time for Spring 2016, we can expect their new LP titled Quiet Storm. We’ve got the first single and you’ve gotta admit, these guys have a distinctive sound that R&B music has been missing.
Quiet Storm will be released by Shanachie Records on March 4, 2016. With an impressive catalog of hits like “Freak Me,” “Hooked On You,” and “Lose Control” to name a few, we’re excited to hear what else Quiet Storm will bring. Back together and sounding like they never left, here is Silk‘s first release of new music in over 10 years, ‘Love 4 U 2 Like Me‘
