In case you’ve been buried under a rock for the last decade, you may have heard of a singer named Adele, who just set the record for single week album sales in 2015 for her latest release, 25.
The hit single from that release, “Hello” has already become one of those songs that you hear everywhere. So it’s no surprise that it’s already become part of the performance list for an HBCU marching band.
Southern University’s Marching band and Dancing Dolls covered “Hello” at the recent Bayou Classic. Under the direction of Marvin Price, the band pretty much slays the big band version of the song. We’re sure Adele approves.
