Embattled TV icon Bill Cosby, who has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting multiple women, will be deposed under oath and on the record by one of his alleged victims, former supermodel Janice Dickinson. Dickinson accused Cosby of raping her in the 1980’s under the ruse of helping her with her acting career.
Dickinson is now suing Cosby for defamation, after Cosby made a statement through his attorney Marty Singer that Dickinson’s rape allegations were false. A judge ruled Nov. 2 that Cosby and his lawyer should be deposed by November 25th.
