Roland Martin talks to Stacy Martin, the Louisiana Director of Black Alliance for Education Options about the state of education in New Orleans, 10 years after Hurricane Katrina.
“The concept of charter schools were circulating in New Orleans before Katrina. We’re now seeing the positive outlook of charter schools. Our education in New Orleans is now on track,” Martin said.
