We are not quite sure what Dwyane Wade was going for in his latest Esquire shoot or why the usual relatively conservative magazine cosigned it, but D Wade has come close to blowing up the Internet once his Instagram of the shoot hit the web. In the pic you see he has on some kind of getup, which looked to most as a sign that the Chicago-born athlete was just trying to do too much.
We’ve already often wondered how it is that Gabrielle Union allows him out of the house in some of the outfits he’s been photographed wearing (man leggings, anyone?) but maybe she just thinks it’s OK for her man to express himself freely? After all, he does have to wear a uniform at least half the year when playing with the Miami Heat, but even so, this look is just…well, we’re at a loss for words on this one.
But the internets, of course, weren’t.

There was actually another, less provocative pic in the article, which leads us to believe the above fashion statement was Wade’s idea.
What do you think of this, um, look? Tell us in the comments.
