If you missed it, TMZ.com is reporting Robyn Thicke has filed a lawsuit against the Marvin Gaye estate, asking a judge to head off any legal action from the Gayes by ruling “Blurred Lines” does not violate Marvin’s copyrights.
Marvin III says Thicke’s lawsuit is a total slap in the face. I have to agree. Listen to “Blurred Lines” then check out “Got to Give it Up” and while you’re at it, compare Justin Timberlake’s Sexy Back. It may have you saying, hmmm. Tmz has even compared other Marvin and Thicke songs. All I can say is…Pay up Robin.
