This is Dr. Frances Cress Welsing. She is noted for The Isis Papers; The Keys to the Colors (1991), and the “Cress Theory of Color Confrontation”, which explores white supremacy. For the last two years, Dr. Welsing has had to endure a decrease in her quality of life at her home of 40 years in Washington, DC as a result of a play area that was created several feet from her house by the Jewish Primary Day School.
