The Michael Jackson molestation drama isn’t quite over. Wade Robson,  a dancer-choreographer and friend of the late Michael Jackson has filed a creditor’s claim against Jackson’s estate requesting money for being sexually abused by the pop star.

Robson, who’s testimony in the case against Jackson has been credited as being one of the key witness statements that helped acquit him of charges, admits that he in fact lied under oath. He also admits lying in an investigation in 1993 as well.

Robson cites his reasoning for coming forward as becoming a father himself. In an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today Show, he said

“At that point I had no idea what was wrong with me, what was going on. During the second one, this thing happened where I started looking at him and imagining him being a victim of the sexual abuse that I was at the hands of Michael. For the first time in my life, I began to realize that my completely numb and unexplored feelings in relationship to what Michael did to me might be a problem and maybe I need to speak to someone about it.”

Jackson estate lawyers responded with the following according to CNN:

Mr. Robson’s claim is outrageous and pathetic.  This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him. Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is.

Although the timing for a creditor to file a claim has passed, Robson hopes given the circumstances of his allegation the court will allow him to file the claim late.
