This is one of those movies that have been in the “planning to make” stage for some years. There have been many names thrown around, including Halle Berry over the years. Looking at the picture of Josephine Baker, I think the DMV’s Mya could pull off the looks like part.
EurWeb.com says that a production company called Noosa Films has a Josephine Baker biopic in the works with Rihanna as its first choice to play the lead role. We’ll see.
