Haters will hate, that is a fact. Keke Palmer is from Chicago originally. When I met her in L.A. a few years ago at an event we were both part of, she was with her dad who happened to listen to a show I hosted for many years in the Windy city. They were both down to earth folks. KeKe was a singer first, her father told me that day. So it was no surprise when I heard she was cast as Chili.
EurWeb caught up with KeKe to ask about the hate that the TLC fans have been throwing her way. She said, ” I always have to let people know, put it in perspective that I got this because of my acting abilities. It’s about being an actress. It’s not about looking like this person or like that person.”
