(Washington, DC) — The U.S. Postal Service may be delivering thousands of pink slips to its ranks. The “Washington Post” is reporting the U.S. Postal Service wants to cut 120-thousand employees by 2015. The financially troubled Postal Service says it’s economically necessary. The Postal Service says job-cuts would come through employee buyouts and layoffs. The agency notes it will be insolvent next month due to declining mail business and employee costs.
