Former Council Chairman Kwame Brown Sentenced To One Day In Jail, Plus Home Detention

Former D.C. Council chairman Kwame R. Brown was sentenced to one day in custody and six months of home detention Tuesday morning on the bank fraud charge that forced the once-rising local political star to resign from office.
