Trailblazing basketball legend Earl Lloyd—the first Black player to compete in an NBA game—was recently honored by the city of Alexandria.

Basketball Hall-of-Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has recently called out current Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James for some of his online behavior. Still, now he says he regrets some of that criticism. 

The family of Lorenzen Wright can start to move forward knowing that their son's killer will not see the light of day again for at least another 51 years.
