Mary J. Blige channels Diana Ross on the latest cover of Ebony Magazine.
Ebony Magazine is celebrating it’s 65th anniversary, and as part of the celebration the publication has decided to re-imagine some of their past iconic covers with modern-day artists.
Mary J. Blige dons the same clothes and make-up as the legendary Diana Ross did for her cover many years ago in the 1970s.
Diana’s photo was lifted from one of ‘Mahogany’ montages.
You can also expect to see Duke Ellington, Shaft and Martin Luther King re-imagined with the help of celebrities like Regina King, Yolanda Adams and John Legend.
