Talia has worked in the government for the past seven years. Talia feels like her hard work always goes unnoticed by her supervisor. Talia says her supervisor has a few “favorites” and it’s obvious that she’s not one of them. Her supervisor even goes out of her way to give her a heavier workload than everyone else. Talia wants to know if her supervisors just testing her to see how she handles things or how should she professionally address this issue.
