Last week, 45 honored Civil Rights icon Rosa Parks in his weekly address and highlighted her life with a brief retrospective of her importance to the American people. In case you didn’t know, it was the 62nd anniversary of her refusal to give up her seat on a bus in Montgomery, Alabama thus igniting the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
