Albany cops arrested Taron Robinson, 30, and charged him with second-degree murder for the April slaying of 27-year-old Christopher Hardy. Shortly after being arrested after evading police for eight months- Robinson died of cancer.
Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple confirmed Robinson passed away 10 hours after being taken into custody. It’s confirmed that Robinson was previously released on parole after being locked up on drug charges due to having terminal cancer.
