Victoria and Nick, both 33, were high school sweethearts who had 2 kids by the time they were both 21. They split by age 23 after having problems and Nick became distant from Victoria and the kids. He got into an altercation that same year and ended up doing time in prison. After being released he was immediately served child support papers. Nick pays the child support but Victoria is upset because he doesn’t see his kids. Victoria is thinking about taking Nick to court to force him to spend time with their kids but she wonders if it’s worth it. Tonight she’s asking, is pursuing a custody agreement with an absent father a wise choice?
