25-year-old Vernon Barrett Jr. will never receive the ‘Dad of The Year’ award after a crazy “prank” on his six-year-old daughter went wrong.
Barrett thought it was a good idea to discipline his daughter by scaring the child nearly to death with a clown mask. As a result the child ran into an unlocked neighboring apartment where another man fired shots at Barrett for chasing the child.
