Denise has never had many female friends. She has been dating Rob for the last 3 months. He suggested that she get a female friend and introduced her to Valerie, a woman he worked with in the past. While at a work function with Rob, she overheard someone ask him about the “crazy freak Valerie” that he used to hang out with. Denise is wondering if this is the same Valerie that she just met and tonight is wondering if she would be wrong to confront Rob over something that she “overheard”? What advice would you offer?
