Enedina Vance caused a lot of controversy when she posted a Photoshopped picture of her 6 month old daughter with a cheek piercing.
The viral photo posted to Facebook has thousands of comments with some calling her a bad mother and threatening to call child protection services for abuse of the child.
Apparently the people who gave harsh criticism on Vance’s page missed that it was a joke. In the post Vance stated,
“MY BABY, MY CHOICE!! PARENT’S CHOICE, PARENT’S RIGHTS!! Don’t judge my parenting, we all raise our kids differently, it’s none of your business anyway!!”
This was before she finished the post by using the hashtag #sarcasm. Now that Vance has the conversation started, some are now questioning how different is getting a child’s cheek pierced from getting an ear pierced.
