Ashley and Jared are 27 & 30 years old they’ve been together since grad school. They eloped on a cruise last year even though Ashley’s family told her they should wait at least 1 year to plan out their wedding. Now that they honeymoon phase is over, Ashley feels they rushed into marriage too soon. She still loves Jared but he seems to take her for granted now that their married.
Ashley told Jared how he stopped checking up on her throughout the day and no longer apologizes after their quarrels. But Jared’s attitude is not in the same place it was during their short engagement. She suggested counseling but Jared doesn’t see a problem and thinks Ashley is making a big deal out of nothing.
