Juanita got pregnant right after marrying Jerry five years ago. They were not ready for kids, so Juanita had an abortion. Juanita was assaulted while walking to her car from work 3 months ago and has just found out that she is pregnant. Jerry is in the military and has been gone for the last year, so the baby is not his. After thinking about it. Juanita has decided that she does not want to go through another abortion and wants to keep the baby.
Jerry does not agree, but Juanita told him that they are married and their vows said for better or worse. Jerry is back home and is wondering if he’s wrong for wanting out of the relationship if she keeps the baby or should he follow his marriage vows as she has suggested?
