Cherry Bomb

Ingredients:

1 liter Sprite, Sierra Mist or similar soda

1 cup grenadine

1 lime to juice

4 maraschino cherries

Mix up some soda, grenadine, and lime juice in a glass and stir. Serve over ice in a low ball glass and garnish with cherries.

Mockmosa

Ingredients:

1 part orange juice (about 2 ½ oz)

1 part sparkling white grape juice

Pour the OJ (best if chilled) into a champagne glass and then pour in the sparkling grape juice. Garnish with cherries, strawberries, or grenadine.

Sparkling Limeade

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

Zest of 1 lime

1 cup water

1 cup lime juice

2 cups sparkling water

¼ cup mint leaves (optional)

Combine the sugar, lime zest, and water into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring to cook down the sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes (you can add your mint here, if you choose).

Using a strainer or sieve, pour in the lime syrup, combining it with lime juice and cucumber. Let sit, refrigerated, for 45 minutes to one hour. Add in sparkling water and serve over ice.

Shirley Temple

¼ cup ginger ale, sprite, or lemon lime soda

1 ½ tablespoons grenadine syrup

1 maraschino cherry

Mix soda and grenadine syrup in a highball glass with ice. Mix well and garnish with the cherry.
