Tyler Perry bought his mansion for $7.6 million years ago and sold it for $17.5 million, the highest ever paid for a home in Atlanta. He originally listed it for $25 million. It’s 35,000 square feet and has 2-3 story fireplace, theater room, lighted tennis courts, infinity pool, fountains, and a front staircase leading to the home’s front entrance. Oh yeah, it also has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, five half baths, gardens, and a ballroom.
