Marque ‘Tate’ Lynche, 34, a former member of the Mickey Mouse Club and contestant on Season 3 of American Idol was found dead in his apartment late Monday afternoon under reportedly “suspicious” circumstances, Billboard.com reports.
Lynche’s body was discovered by his roommate at around 4:00 p.m. According to a police source, “There was no note, no pills…We’re waiting on the medical examiner,” reports the NY Daily News.
Once the tragic news began to circulate, friends and loved ones flocked to Lynche’s Facebook page to express their shock and grief.
The young star was a member of the most well-known Mousketeer class (1993-1995), which also included Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling.
