A man in Sioux Falls, SD ended up with a malicious wound to his penis by gunshot. He said it was a “black guy who tried to rob him”. The man, Donald Watson, a 43 year old convicted felon, told officers he was taking out the trash, and a dumpster stalking black man had shot him.
But what had really happened was, he shot himself. A couple of problems with this: He’s a convicted felon, and not supposed to be in possession of a gun, and in Sioux Falls, SD fewer than 1 out of 20 citizens are black. You can read the rest of the story by clicking here
