The actual shooting happened this past Saturday in South Carolina. The White officer involved claimed the 50 year old black man, who was pulled over for having a busted tail light, attempted to take his taser. Luckily, someone was taping the incident with a cell phone camera as the officer fired numerous shoots into the back of the victim. The officer has been charged with murder.
