“Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA)” star Porsha Williams (pictured), who is still in the throes of a contentious divorce from her soon-to-be-ex hubby, Kordell Stewart, was reportedly sued for $18,000 in 2012 by her former condominium association and now they want their money.
According to TMZ, the company plans on garnishing Williams’ RHOA earnings.
Grandview Homeowners Association contends that Williams considered the swanky Buckhead area condo her residence from 2007 until 2012, even though she married Stewart in 2011.
TMZ reports that while living in the three bedroom, two bath, high-rise complex, Williams had fallen behind on her dues.
Reportedly, the association is on a mission to get the monies owed to them by freezing Williams’ bank account and requesting that any money deposited be rerouted to their account.
Currently, besides her RHOA paycheck, Williams allegedly receives $5,000 a month in spousal support from Stewart.
TMZ also reports that after the ostentatious display on RHOA of the sprawling 8,000 square foot mansion that Williams obtained for herself, she is back living with her mom.
