(Washington, DC) — Georgetown University is offering free classes to federal workers who are furloughed because of the government shutdown. WRC-TV reports it’s the second time the university has offered the deal since the shutdown began as the first round of classes filled up in a matter of days. The University says the courses, offered through the School of Continuing Studies, center on management skills and social media. Each federal worker is limited to one class.
